The traditional Hindu greeting in India is Namaste meaning;
I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells.
I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light, and of peace.
When you are in that place in you and I am in that place with me,
We are one.
I recently traveled to India with One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio it was indeed an adventure filled with love, truth, light and peace. I’m excited to share some of the journey with you.

India has always called to a part of my gypsy soul. A part of me that dreams of far off adventures in foreign lands, the excitement of wandering unbeaten paths and viewing the world through glittering eyes.
I was thrilled to be invited by One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio to travel with them on their recent India Yoga Retreat. It was all my wandering gypsy heart imagined & so much more.

I am beyond excited to be joining One Conscious Breath Yoga Studio on their upcoming retreat to India!!
We will spend two amazing weeks in the desert of Rajasthan, immersing ourselves in Yoga, Meditation, Ayuveda treatments, relaxing by the pool, camel rides, contemplation and amazing shopping experiences, I can.not.wait to share it all with you!
